Working at Bitio Development, I was part of a team consulting for a logistics company operating 550 drivers with an annual turnover of 1 billion SEK. Their legacy system was being retired, giving us a six-month deadline to deliver a full-scale replacement for transportation management and driver logistics.
We built two products in parallel: a desktop admin dashboard for managing vehicles, materials, order planning and dispatch - and a React Native mobile app for drivers to receive and process orders through each stage of fulfillment.
On the web side, I built data tables, CRUD workflows and form interfaces, handling the conversion layer between backend data models and form-friendly structures. On the mobile side, I developed the vehicle setup logic and refined the order action flow to streamline the driver experience. I worked closely with the backend and UX teams throughout, ensuring consistency across both platforms.
Beyond feature work, I introduced an improved routing architecture tailored to TanStack Router and restructured how nested tab navigation was managed across the app. By volume of contributions, I was one of the leading developers on the front-end codebase.
